    My elderly mom had broken her hearing aid recently and we were looking for someone to repair it. After I called two hearing centers the earliest appointment I could get was in 10 days. Then I called Central Coast Audiology and spoke with Sara. She said I could drop off the hearing aid and they would see what could be done. While my wife and I waited in the car, Sara took the hearing aid inside and within 10 minutes she returned with the repaired device. It now works better than it has in months. If you need a knowledgeable hearing aid office that is both prompt and courteous then I would highly recommend Central Coast!

    I woke up two days ago deaf in one ear. I researched possible causes online, got very nervous, and called an ENT, who referred me to Laurel Hinton at CCA. She was booked for weeks ahead, but managed to get me in for an emergency exam. I was not even her patient. The assistant checked and cleaned my ears, handed me off to an inhouse ENT, who finished the deep cleaning job. My ears were blocked with 50 years' worth of ear wax! I could hear again! What a relief. I then sat for a hearing exam, which the assistant did with friendliness and professional aplomb. What a terrific group! As I step toward more services, I'll go back to them.

The front staff are organized and friendly to the point where you will look forward seeing them again. 2. the two professionals i worked with were kind, patient and you can tell they genuinely care about your health. 3. It was the first business I found that was genuinely knowledgeable about tinnitus and the issues I’m going through, this alone provided stress relief that I needed. On top of that they tuned hearing aids that have helped relieve my symptoms. I never thought I’d look forward to getting aids, but after today I’m sold.
